07/08 is my favourite season until now. A lot of fascinating memories about this season.
This season transfer market is also quite busy for Man United as a lot of players left United example Rossi, Alan Smith, Bardsley ,Shawcross and so on. But United also signed a number of players who were crucial for MU team this season.
United signed Nani from Ronaldo's boyhood club- Sporting Lisbon who will be seen as the second Ronaldo because he play at the same position and same style as Ronaldo. MU also signed Owen Hargreaves from Bayern Munich and wear the no.4 shirt after Heinze left to Real Madrid.
Besides Nani, Anderson also from Portugal League was signed to join Manchester United and United also loaned in Carlos Tevez for 2 years after his spectacular performance in West Ham last season.
Before the season start, another United legend- Ole Gunnar Solskjær had announced his retirement and will join as United reserve team coach.
This season squad was said to be Fergie's second best team after the 99's team.
A strong and firm defensive line : Van der Sar, Neville, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra
A creative midfield line: Scholes, Hargreaves , Giggs, Carrick, Flecter
A deadly attacking line: Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez
This season was Ronaldo's season as he scored a Premier League record of 31 goals within 34 games.
Ronaldo scored a lot of fantastic goals this season, but the goal which impress me a lot is the freekick against Portsmouth
Due to Ronaldo's spectacular form, he helped United won the 17th English title and Fergie's 10th EPL title.

After securing the Barclays Premier League title, next stop was to go Moscow to face Chelsea for UEFA Champion League final match !
It was a breathtaking match. Ronaldo continued his goal scoring form by scoring the first goal in the match which in total he scored 42 goals in this season.
But unfortunately Lampard an equalizer which end up as 1-1 draw. Even extra time both team can't score a winning goal and the Champion have to be decided thru penalty shootout.
First time in the season Ronaldo missed his penalty goal in such crucial match.
When it seems like Chelsea is going to win the Champion League, a miracle happened! Chelsea's captain, Terry just have to score the final penalty goal and Chelsea will lift up the trohpy. But it was very unlucky for him that he slipped and miss shot the goal!
Thanks to Terry, United was given another chance. Whoever score or save the ball, the team will lift up the trophy. This time, luck was on United side when Anelka was going to shoot the penalty.

In 2007/08, Manchester United are the Champion of England, and Champion of Europe !! The Double!!!
Due to Ronaldo's fantastic form this season, he received a lot of individual awards.

A lot of historical moment of MU happened in this season : United first Double after the Treble, Van der Sar's save of the season, Ronaldo most goal in a season, Ronaldo finally received the Ballon d'Or which he deserved it ( United second player received this award after George Best ).
That is why this is my most favourite season of all!
