Its been 1 month since we got here...After this 1 month , I would say that room attendant is a tough job. Every morning we have to wake up at 6.30pm to get ready and eat breakfast, then start our long day of making beds and cleaning toilet. However, I can see my improvement during this 1 month, because when I first came here I need an hour to clean a room, now just need 35 minutes( proud of myself,lol). Sometime I even can finish my rooms before 4.30pm ( which is our ending time), so before I finish my list of rooms I would do it slowly or wondering around helping others until the time reach 4.30pm so that I won't earn less hour..hehe...
I've met a lot of American friends at here. All of them are very nice to us, very friendly and curious about Asian..lol.. One of the thing that we amazed them is our language..How do we master 3 languages at the same time..Got one time they even asked us how can we switch our language in a split of second, like talking Mandarin with my friends then turnaround talk English to them..I never thought it is such an amazing thing, glad that I learnt those languages since I was in kinder garden, I think this is one of the good thing from Malaysia's education..hehe..
There are a lot of kind of people at here.. Got a comedian kind of person who can make all the people in a room laugh, while there is also an annoying people where nobody willing to listen what she say but she will keep talk,talk talk, talk nonstop...There is a great employee who never be late to work, clean the room very fast, follow the every steps and rules correctly while there is also worse employee who be late at work, clean the room very slow, being drunk during work until the end have to go back early to rest and leave his rooms for us to clean which make us can't go back on time.Very frustrated when have to do their list of rooms...But I think that we are lucky that we have known that bunch of nice American friends from the start of our work. They will bring us along whenever they go hiking, they are also funny people, fun to talk to them..Glad that I've known them ^^
Recently, there is a group of Taiwanese came here and work too. Maybe because we often watch Taiwan variety show, so we get along pretty well only on their second day..hehe..Now almost every night we will go each other's room and talk nonsense and there is a lot of laughter until the security guard have to come and tell us to be quiet..haha..I've so much fun these few nights because before they came it was so quiet in the dorm due to it is an old man dorm where all the old folks slept early in night and we can just stay in our rooms face our laptop..
Now we still only got around 3 weeks at here and start our travel.. Although it was tired and exhausted while working, but it was fun and exciting meeting with these people and adventurous when go hiking and rafting, make me feel like working at here for the rest of my life^^ However I know that still have go back to school on August, and all these just can be part of my memory, a sweet memory.....I won't forget all the people I met here and hope that they won't forget me too..hehe..Hopefully one day they will come to Malaysia or Singapore to visit us ^^
I think I might cry when we gonna leave here..haha!!
