Still left a few days, year of 2014 is coming to its end. A lot of happenings this year: the end of my Chapters of Studying and the start of my Chapter of working life, my first travel in Japan, as well as my first live concert in Japan! There is so much to talk about 2014, time to recall back.....
My Last Semester in NTU
What is my memories about my last semester in NTU? Studies? Projects? Assignments? Nah, none of these really matter to me already. As long as I didn't do very worse, I shall graduate with that grade, and I did ^^ Well, except for rushing my FYP and starting job hunting, my memory of the last semester is still JAC events. My last job as JAC's President is the Japanese Cultural Festival and Uchiage, and I must say it was the best JCF I had in these 4 years. The Uchiage was also amazing in my point of view, even though there are still room of improvements. I also dragged my 2 VPs to dance Perfume with me, haha. Great memories. (The BEST Memory of the Last Chapter )

My Grad Tripssssssss
A lot of my friends after their final exam, they have been busy with job hunting, going for countless interview. However for me was to enjoy my 2 months of holiday/ grad trips! Yep, its trips not trip, cause I went for 2 countries for traveling! haha.
The first was to travel Hong Kong with my family! Its been a long time since my last traveling with family. The last trip was Singapore 3 years ago when I'm already studying here. Traveling with parents was fun (because my parents pay for the expenses, haha, kidding), and really enjoy, appreciate the time with my family, because as I start my working life, I can't go back home whenever I feel like going back home. Only 3 words came out of my mind when I think back of Hong Kong: small, big, Disneyland! Small is their space of a room is really small, no matter is hostel room, coffee shop, or restaurant, space are really precious to them. So when you are eating in a coffee shop, once you finished the food better go out, don't chit chat there. If not you will be chase out as there are other people waiting to come in. As for big is that their food portion/amount is really BIG! 1 plate of food is enough for 2 adults. Finally, there are a lot of tourist spots in HK, but the place I remember the most is Disneyland. Since I was a child, my parents had been playing Disney's cartoons for me to watch and so for my brother and sister. It recall back a lot of childhood memories. Even though it was not as fun as the Disneyland in LA, it was fun to go there with family.

The second country that I went for my grad trip was my favourite! My first time traveling in Nihon, JAPAN!!! It was like dream come true for me. I post my feeling about this trip in FB before.
I went to Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto with my JAC friend. Met my 2 JAC senpai who are working there and also met some Japanese friends. Now I really miss the food there, the snacks there, the streets, the atmosphere, the price of figurines..... I miss almost everything in Japan!! When will be my second trip in Japan???

A Year of Perfume
In February this year, I decided to join Perfume's World P.T.A club as a fans of them. Not long after that, Perfume announced their 5th Tour in Japan and PTA members had the priority to ballot the ticket first. I was just trying my luck to ballot for 2 tickets of the concert in Tokyo, and on the first day of my Japan trip, there was email from Perfume to tell me I GOT THE TICKETS! I almost scream out when I saw that email. I just started my Japan trip and I already know when will be the next time I'm going back there. haha.
Soon after my Japan trip, Perfume announced another Tour, this time is the World Tour 3rd! They will be going a few countries to meet their fans and Singapore is one of the destination!! YES! I was going for 2 different Perfume Tour in 1 year! What a luck for me to join PTA for the first year.
Both concerts were amazing, one with bigger scale, one with closer view to the stage. My love to Perfume had grow stronger and stronger now. Even though they only had 1 single this year, they had been busy with different tour in 2014 and only finished in November. Hope there will be more singles next year and maybe announced another Tour in the second half of 2015,hehe.

No.1 Maintain my grades, graduate successfully!
Yap! I've graduated successfully. Haha
No.2 Find a good company.
During my last semester, I went for some Japanese IT companies, but I failed. So I stopped my obsession for Japanese company and go for IT companies in Singapore. After 2 months of job hunting, I've been recruited! Even though its not Japanese company, I believe I can learn a lot and do my best for my company.
No.3 Start diet, keep my body shape.
FAIL!!! My aim for waist size is less than 30cm and weight is less than 65kg. I fail both!! After I start working, I didn't do much of exercise and just sit, sit, sit. I must change this lifestyle!
No.4 Find the ONE
My friends keep telling me JAC got a lot of girls, some quite pretty also, why I can't find one? I also don't know, when the feel is not there, is not there. I can't push myself to like someone.
No.5 Practice my photography skill
I have been lazy this year, didn't practice much. But I've learnt a new skill this year - video editing.
No.6 Buy myself a new watch
Well, I didn't use my first pay to buy myself a new watch. I bought it as a birthday present for myself^^
No.7 The PS3 games that I want to play
I haven't play any of the games I listed down, now I just keep playing FIFA 15.
No.8 The figurines I must buy
I bought more than I listed down. Haha. Japan is like a figurine paradise for me. I bought the most figurine this year in Japan, Ultraman Ace, Ultraman Taro, POP Robin and so on. I also finished my RX collection. The only figurine I didn't manage to buy is the White Ranger. Maybe the next Japan trip I shall collect the Mighty Morphin Power Ranger series.
The only sad thing happened to me this year was the lost of my aunt. Health is a scary thing if you didn't take good care of it. For one moment you are healthy enough to travel, for the next moment you can be so sick you can't leave the bed. Fortunately for my aunt, before she left, she still able to travel with us to Hong Kong, and came to Singapore to meet her other sisters.二姨，安息吧。
That is all for my stories in 2014. What about stories of 2014 in the world? Only 3 things came into my mind- Let it go, Ice Bucket and Air Tragedy
Let It Go - the song from the Disney's cartoon Frozen. Even though the movie was aired last December, this song "Let It Go" has been spreading around the kids for the whole year. This is truly the song of the year.
Ice Bucket - Event of the year. I forgot how this was started, but basically it is to do some charity by pouring a bucket of ice to yourself and then challenge someone to do it in the next 24 hours. Somehow this challenge spread very quickly and a lot of celebrities, sports idols, even Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook and Bill Gates did this challenge.
Air Tragedy - This year there are a lot of tragedies happened which involve of airplanes. The most infamous case is the 308, Malaysia Airline MH370 had been lost contact, and till now there isn't any news of it. Then on 17 July another Malaysia Airline MH17 was shot down, causing 298 of fatalities. Just now there is another case of airplane lost contact, this time is Air Asia QZ8501. It has been a bad year for Malaysia. Pray for the air passengers and crews.
